On 22nd October 2018 Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique – a global manufacturer of dermo-cosmetics – opened its first e-shop in Poland. OEX E-Business was chosen to be the exclusive e-commerce logistic partner of this brand in Poland.

Following the agreement made, an OEX Group business unit is going to be responsible for the comprehensive logistic services of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique e-commerce in Poland. On top of that, the liaison entails sales activities on behalf of the customer, as well as the advisory services on sales digitalisation.

We are happy to hear that Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique has appreciated the potential of our services in constructing online sales. This is the confirmation of our competence from the area of sales digitalisation and the unique model of end-to-end services – said Artur Wojtaszek, CEO of OEX E-Business.

The logistics service of the Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique e-shop is carried out in a modern OEX E-Business warehouse centre – Logistics HUB – in the vicinity of Warsaw. The centre operates in line with 24/7 model, offering its customers the successful execution of processes with special emphasis on customer experience.

We have decided to start liaison with OEX E-Business due to its comprehensive offer and modern operations formula along with the warehouse. Our plans assume global development of sales in the omnichannel model and therefore our intention was to choose a partner holding the resources and competence indispensable for the implementation of such a project in liaison with us – said Philippe Coudiere, the Managing Director at Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique.

At the beginning of October 2018, Pierre Fabre company opened in Warsaw its first traditional shop that gives its customers the opportunity to test products and obtain the information about them from the consultants.

Following the report titled: “Dermocosmetics Market in Poland 2018. Market Analysis and Prospects for Growth for the years 2018-2023” drafted by PMR, the sales of dermocosmetics is going to grow faster in distribution channels other than drug stores or chemists.

In the process of selling dermocosmetics, it is vital to communicate with your customer. The products of that type frequently require some professional consultation and advice. The integration of online channel with the traditional shop will offer our customers the comfort of shopping along with the access to the expert’s know-how – said Łukasz Wysokiński, Business Development Director at OEX E-Business.

The Pierre Fabre Group is the manufacturer of dermocosmetics branded: Avene, Galenic, Elancyl, Klorane, Aderma, Ducray and Rene Furterer that are popular in Poland and worldwide. The company’s mission is the holistic approach to health and beauty. Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetique invests in R&D whose aim is to make the nature-based innovations. One of the Group’s objectives is to continue to expand globally and develop on foreign markets. The online shop launched in Poland is the Group’s second e-commerce service; the first one started a year ago in South Korea.
